1. To see if the Board will approve Kirk Robinson as the Cross Country Coach at Carrabec Community School, stipend up to $1,201, and authorize the superintendent to issue a contract.

1. To see if the Board will approve Dorrie Robinson as the Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Carrabec Community School, stipend up to $1,201, and authorize the superintendent to issue a contract.

1. To see if the Board will approve Hollye Dunphy as the Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Carrabec Community School, stipend up to $1,734, and authorize the superintendent to issue a contract.

1. To see if the Board will approve Jaime Steward as the JV Girls Soccer Coach at Carrabec Community School, stipend up to $1,067, and authorize the superintendent to issue a contract.

6.) To see if the Board will approve the termination of the continuing contract of Laura Rice due to changes in local conditions resulting in the elimination of this teachers teaching position and to authorize the Superintendent to provide notice of such termination on or before May 29, 2012.

7.)  To see if the Board will approve the termination of the continuing contract of Sandra Spaulding due to changes in local conditions resulting in the elimination of this teachers teaching position and to authorize the Superintendent to provide notice of such termination on or before May 29, 2012.

8.) To see if the Board will approve May 16^th as the meeting date for Extra-Curricular Committee to meet.

9.) To see if the Board will vote to enter executive session pursuant to M.R.S.A. § 405(6) (D) regarding collective bargaining.
